Isabella Room – Bestor House
The Isabella Room was the master suite of the Town home in the late 1800s. In the 1920s, this room served as North East’s first kindergarten, taught by Mrs. Maidee Olson. Isabella is named after the original grapes that grew on the arbors over 100 years ago.
Today, the Isabella is decorated in burgundy jewel tones, with a king-size brass bed. There is a thermostat-controlled gas fireplace for the winter and a lazy ceiling fan for the summer. There is an additional private exterior entrance onto a common patio. [Read Room Information…]
The private bathroom has both a full-sized tub and shower. This is the only guest room on the first floor of the Town home. All other rooms are on the second floor, accessed through the circular staircase.
All of our rooms have cable television, DVD players, free Wi-Fi, and access to a common refrigerator and coffee station.
Rates starting at $130, higher on weekends and holidays. Limit two (2) person occupancy.
