The town of North East, which is located near Erie, PA, has been designated as a national historic district landmark, and our inn also offers a wonderful glimpse of the history of this area. From the moment you arrive at the Grape Arbor Bed and Breakfast, you enter a world of yesterday's craftsmanship and service, complemented by today's amenities. Our side-by-side mansions, built in the early Victorian Age, have withstood the test of time. First designed as private homes, these historical properties have since served as a stagecoach tavern, professional offices, a primary school, and now a distinctive bed and breakfast.

Our beautifully decorated rooms and suites, named after different varieties of grapes, are yours to enjoy as you would your own home. Relax with a glass of local wine in the well-appointed library or in a comfortable rocking chair on the front porch.

Oh my! Christmas is almost here!  Inside the inn, it looks and smells like Christmas, even though outside we don't have snow...yet.  Trees are trimmed, my large nutcracker collection is up, Santa is apparent everywhere.  And of course the cookies...
